on your professional experiences to date, what are your short- and long-term
career goals? Why do you now wish to earn an MBA? What specific aspects of
the Stanford MBA Program make it attractive to you? How will this experience
help you to ahieve your short and long-term goals?

there is any other information that is critical for us to know and is not
captured elsewhere (e.g., extenuating circumstances affecting academic or
work performance), please feel fre to nclude that information here. (Note:
The limit is eight pages.)

your reasons for earning an MBA degree, what types of alternate preparation
might you seek if formal MBA programs did not exist? (Note: The limit is
eight pages. Please use additional information page if necessary)

one of the following two optional questions:
A. GMP:
Describe your interest in global management and how you intend to use your
GSB/GMP experience to prepare you to manage more effectively in the global
environment. (Suggested length: 500words) (Note: The limit is six pages.)
B. PMP:
Describe your interest in public service and how you intend to use your
GSB/PMP experience to hope prepare you for a leadership role in public
service, whether in business, goverement, or the non-profit sector.
